What fittings do the lampshades have?

Mini

The Mini lampshades are fitted with a candle clip fitting which simply slots onto the bulb from above. A candle shaped light bulb will need to be used with this style of lampshade.

Petite & Small

The Petite & Small shades have a BC Gimbal fitting that can be used with Australian, UK & European light fittings. They have a small plastic adaptor ring so that they fit a standard Australian/UK lamp base or pendant fitting (internal measurement of fitting 28mm) simply remove this and they will convert to fit the standard EU size lamp bases (40mm diameter).

Medium & Large

The Medium & Large shades have a duplex fitting (this is a large fitting set in the top ring of the lampshade) so that the shade can be positioned at the height of your choice on your lamp base by using a shade carrier which will come with your lampshade. Generally the Medium lampshades come with a 4" shade carrier and the Large ones with a 6" carrier.
